Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing SHIFT. We strive to deliver high-quality JDM and racing apparel to enthusiasts worldwide. Below you will find the details of our shipping operations.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. You will receive a notification with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free International Shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a flat shipping rate is calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Delivery can occasionally take longer due to customs clearance or local postal service delays.
3. International Shipping & Tracking
We ship to most countries worldwide. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
SHIFT is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Shipping to Multiple Addresses
We currently only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us immediately at support@shifturbanracing.com. We will investigate with the carrier and ensure a replacement or refund is issued if the package is confirmed lost.
7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
