Where do you ship from? We work with specialized production centers worldwide to bring you high-quality JDM apparel. Your order is shipped directly from our primary manufacturing hub to ensure you get the best price and the freshest designs.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Processing Time: 2-5 business days.
Shipping Time: Usually between 7-15 business days, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer international shipping? Yes! We ship our JDM gear to enthusiasts all over the globe. Shipping costs and times may vary depending on your country.
Orders & Payments
How can I track my order? Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can follow your package’s journey directly through our website’s tracking page.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure and seamless checkout experience.
Can I change or cancel my order? Because we process orders quickly to get them to you ASAP, you have 12 hours after placing an order to request a change or cancellation. After this window, the order is already in production.
Sizing & Care
How do I know which size to choose? Our hoodies are designed with a relaxed, loose streetwear fit. Please refer to the Size Chart on the product page for exact measurements in both centimeters and inches to ensure the perfect fit.
How should I wash my hoodie? To keep the high-definition graphics looking sharp:
Machine wash cold, inside out.
Use a gentle cycle with similar colors.
Air dry is highly recommended. If using a dryer, use a low-heat setting.
Never iron directly on the print.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We want you to love your gear. If there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong item was sent, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
